中国梨属植物染色体数目研究
STUDIES ON CHROMOSOME NUMBER OF SOME WILD SPECIES AND CULTIVARS OF PYRUS IN CHINA
【摘要】 作者对我国梨属植物中的6个野生种和5个栽培种的16个品种染色体数目进行了观察,发现杏叶梨和秋子梨中的‘安梨’品种为三倍体(2n=51),其余的种和品种,包括所采用的种间杂交后代的品种,都是二倍体(2n = 34)。
【Abstract】 The present study included six wild species and sixteen cultivars belonging to five species of Pyrus. They are: Wild species- P. ussuriensis Maxim., P. xerophila Yu,P. armeniacaefolia Yu, P. betulaefolia Bge. P. calleryana Dcne., P. pashia Buch-Ham. Cultivars -Ya-li, Qin-bei-li (P. bretschneideri) An-li (P. ussuriensis),Ma-koo-li, Cang-chi-li, Dong-da-li (P. pyrifolia) Langzhou Chang-ba (P. sinkiangensis) Bartlett, Flemish Beauty, Malgerzatka (P. communis) Hybrids - Jin-feng (P. bretschneideri × P. bretschneideri) Zao-su (P. bretschneideri × P. communis) Wu-jiu-xiang (P. bretschneideri × P. communis) Zao-xiang No. 2 (P. ussuriensis × P.pyrifolia) Jin-xiang (P. communis × P. ussuriensis) 52-4-2 (P. ussuriensis × P. communis)It was found that P. armeniacaefolia and’An-li’, a cultivar of P. ussuriensis are triploids, while the others are all diploids.
