【摘要】 <正> 抗肿瘤药物的细胞动力学特点及其时效关系是进行肿瘤联合化疗方案设计的依据之一。激光流式细胞计是近代研究抗肿瘤药物作用机理的有力手段。由于这种新技术速度快、工作周期短,因而使细胞动力学分析从实验室研究过渡到临床成为可能。

【Abstract】 Owing to its rapid measuring speed,great quantity of information in the result abtained and high statistical precision, laser flow cytometry can analyse the cell kinetic effects of antine oplastic acting drug.The effects of Ara-C and VCR on cell cycle procedure of Ehrlich Ascites Tumor were reported in the paper.
