【Abstract】 Kaschin-Beck disease is an endemic disease of the joints. Its pathogeny is unclear; its symptons develop slowly and occur mainly in the pathological changes of the bone and cartilage. The author raises three points concerning the investigation of this disease:(1). The root cause and development of this disease lie in problems occuring in osteomalacia metabolozation. Therefore, our attention should be focus on these problems.(2). The factors causing K-B, and its development, are complicated, therefore we should grasp the principal contradiction or the principal aspect of its contradiction.(3). Apart from the primary factor, some conditional factor affects the cause of K-B disease. We should not ignore this factor.更多还原
