【Abstract】 The activities of sunspots, calcium plages, 2800 MHz flux, solar flares and proton events during the rising phase of Cycle 21 arc expounded in this paper. The statistical results show that at the time interval the solar activities reached the maximum through three impulsive rises.The solar active longitudes of the rising phase are determined which are Ll60°-210° and L50°-90°. And finally, the most powerful active region is also discussed in this article.更多还原
