硫化镍阳极电解制取电镍的工艺改进
IMPROVEMENT IN ELECTROREFINING NICKEL WITH NICKEL SULPHIDE ANODE
【摘要】 重庆冶炼厂是我国最早生产电镍的厂家之一,经过20多年的生产实践和不断改进工艺流程,使电镍产量较六十年代初期提高了四倍。 当前,重庆冶炼厂以高冰镍为原料,采用火法制取硫化镍阳极,硫化镍阳极隔膜直接电解生产纯度达99.99%的电镍。电解液净化采用H2S管道反应脱铜、氯气氧化除铁钴铅、树脂交换法脱除残余铅锌铜的工艺,可满足生产高质量电镍的要求。
【Abstract】 Chongqing Smelter is one of the earliest plants which began the production of electroreflned nickel. Through more than twenty years’ production practice and constant improvement of the technological flowsheet, the production of electroreflned nickel is five times of that of early sixties now.At present, the chief raw material to the Smelter is high nickel matte and pyrometallurgical process is adopted to manufacture nickel sulphide anode. The anode is electrorefined by the diaphragm direct electrolysis technique and electroreflned nickel with a purity of 99.99% is produced. As to the purification of electrolyte, the copper is removed with hydrogen sulphide in pipelines, the iron, cobalt and lead are removed by oxidation with chlorine gas and the residual lead, zinc and copper are removed by ion-exchange with resins so that the needs of producing high-quality electrorefined nickel can be met satisfactorily.
