铝电解槽反电势和阳极过程动力学参数的分析和计算
ANALYSIS AND CALCULATION OF BACK EMF AND ANODIC KINETICS PARAMETERS IN ALUMINIUM ELECTROLYSIS CELLS
【摘要】 在实验室电解槽上测量了反电势和电流—电压曲线。用非线性回归法,计算了阳极过程的动力学参数,进而讨论阳极反应机理和反应速度控制步骤。当阳极表面上CxO复盖度小时,含氧离子的放电是律速步骤。当CxO复盖度较大时,则为CO2的脱附。
【Abstract】 The back EMF and I-V curves were measured in laboratory electrolysis cells. By means of non-linear regression method calculated the anodic kinetics parameters. The mechanism of anode reaction and its rate-determining step were discussed. When the degree of coverage of CxO on the anode surface is low, the rate-determining step is the process of slow discharge of the oxygen-containing ions. When the degree of coverage of CxO is higher, the rate-determining step may be the process of slow desorption of CO2.
