氧化镁氯化炉料的理论碳量系数计算

【摘要】 本文根据物理化学原理,导出了理论碳量系数的计算公式MTC=(A+B/Y)/(1+X),从而确定了理论碳量系数与氯化温度和氯气浓度之间的函数关系。并根据此式计算了不同氯化温度和不同氯气浓度时的理论碳量系数,计算结果与相同条件下的实际碳量系数相近。

【Abstract】 The calculating formula MTC=(A+B/y)/(1+X) of theoretical coefficient of carbon was derived on the basis of principles of physical chemistry in present paper. The function relationship between theoretical coefficient of carbon, chlorinating temperature and concentration of chlorine gas was obtained. The theoretical coefficients of carbon at different chlorinating temperatures and different concentrations of chlorine gas were calculated by means of the derived formula, The calculated results were in agreement with the actual coefficients of carbon at same conditions.
