【摘要】 <正> 我院从1959——1982年,应用推拿方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者共1161例,疗效优、良占72.6 %,好转21.1%,无效6.3%。对无效病例中57例患者进行了手术。本文着重介绍推拿方法的辩证应用及其临床意义。并试图对无效病例的手术分析中提出一些肤浅看法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Different methods of massage were applied to 1,161 cases of different clinical types--acute. postponent and stale--of intervertebral disc protrusion, with the healing rate (excel- lent and good) rising from 53.3% to 83.9%. Among the 7o ineffective cases 57 receivedoperations, 94.7% of which conformed to diagnosis. During operations passive stretchingexercises were given to the lumbar vertebrae for three cases.
