11个玉米自交系对小斑病O小种几个抗性因素遗传的研究

【摘要】 11个正常细胞质的玉米自交系双列杂交对小斑病菌0小种的病级和三个抗病因素(病斑数量,病斑面积和单位病斑面积的产孢量)、一般配合力方差和特殊配合力方差都达到极显著水准,加性与非加性遗传基因效应都是重要的。这两种配合力效应依抗病类型而不同。一般配合力,抗病系的为负效应,感病系的为正效应。而特殊配合力最大负效应组合,发生在抗×中、中×中和感×感类型,这表明抗性是部分显性的。 亲本自交系病级、病斑数量、或者三因素乘积与杂种一代抗病性(病级)呈高度相关性,因此杂交种抗病性可利用亲本进行预测。

【Abstract】 We used eleven corn inbred lines to test their resistance against Helmintkosporium maydis race "O" by means of diallel-crosses.For disease scale and three resistant factors (number and area of lesions,and amount of sporogenous/lesion area),the variance of general combining ability and specific combining ability are very significant,and both additive and nonadditive gene effects are of importance.The effects of combining ability are varied with the resistant types.For general combining ability,resistant lines are negative effect and susceptible lines positive.The negative effect of specific combining ability usually occured in the types of crossing resistant lines and susceptible lines.This indicated that the resistance is partly dominant.The disease scale,number of lesions or the product of three factors (lesion number,lesion area and amount of sporogenous/lesion area) and the resistance of hybrid F1 are highly correlative,so the resistance of hybrid F1 can be forecast by testing of parental ma terials.
