【Abstract】 This paper presents a preliminary assay of ATPase of energy metabo- lism in Schistosoma japonicum.The activity of ATPase in the schistoso- mes and the distribution of ATPase in various components of the schisto- some were determined.The findings indicated that the antibilharzia drug (tartar emetic)inhibited the activity of ATPase in Schistosoma japoni- cum.更多还原
