分光光度法测定ZnS薄膜光学常数的理论改进

【摘要】 本工作考虑薄膜散射的影响,引入薄膜逆散射因子β,推导出薄膜基底系统和基底的透射比T=[P(nf,β)+Q(nf)sin2δ/2]((-1)设计由透射比测定薄膜光学常数的计算程序;定义薄膜准填充系数Pf≡nf/nm从实验上确定ZnS的Pf与波长无关,从而简化了ZnS薄膜色散关系的计算法。改进后的分光光度法,简单、可靠、精度高。

【Abstract】 In determining optical constants of transparent thin films,there exists a certain theoretical error in the traditional spectrophotometry method because of neglection of scattering phenomena.By introducing an Inverse Scattering Factor β,the specific transmittancc T for the Film-Substrate/Refercnce Substrate system may be expressed byA programme is suggested to calculate the optical constants of ZnS film.In order to establish the dispersion relation a pseudo-packing coefficient Pf of ZnS film defined as Pf=nf/nm is also suggested,by which,the dispersion relation may be established more easily.In fact,the improved method is simpler,more reliable and with higher precision.
