福建将乐县肺吸虫病流行学的调查研究

【摘要】 <正> 1975年福建建瓯县发现肺吸虫病流行区以来,相继证实了邵武、建阳、松溪、政和、漳平、屏南和永安等县普遍流行肺吸虫病。1981年三明地区防疫站反映将乐县有肺吸虫病例,我们在将乐县调查了白莲公社陇西山林牧纸综合场的肺吸虫病流行状况、现将调查研究结果报告如下。

【Abstract】 During the summur of 1981 a general survey on the epidemiology and etiology of Paragonimiasis was undertaken in Zhiangle District,Fujian The intradermal tersts were made on 313 peasants with antigens prepared from adult Paragonimus worm,and 170 of them (54,3%) were positives,having 106 in males and 64 in females.Among these 170 positives 121 cases were diagnosed as clinical paragonimiasis by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Inquiry was also made on the food habit of the verified cases 19.8% and 61.16% of them answered having saten raw or partially cooked crabs respectively.In addition,100% drunk with fresh-water.Two species of snails such as Semisulcospira toucheana and Tricula sp.were found from the endemic area.S.toucheana are most abundant and naturally infected with the cercariac of Paragonithus westermani in 0.17% of 2,935 snails examined.Tricula sp.are only few in number and kept for study.88 of 102 crabs,Sinopotamon denticulatum,were found naturally infected with the cyst of P.westermani,and the number of cysts per crab varied from 1-383 with an average of 38.7.These cysts were fed to laboratory-reared dogs and adult worms were identified as P.westermani.Four types of symptoms on Paragommiasis from the endemic earea were studied in detail,so far as we known,there were 31 districts had reported as endemic area oroccurring with the etiologic agent of Paragonimiasis from Fujian.Five sp-ecies of Paragonimus,namely,P.westermani,P.skrjabini,P.fukienensis,P.asymmestricits and P.cenocopiosus were described in Fujian,and only P.wes-termani and p.skrjabini are pathognic agents for human Paragonimiasis.Most of Paragonimus infections are due to P.westermani while P.skrjabini is limited in local distribution.
