甜高粱茎秆汁液内含物的双列分析
AN ANALYSIS OF INCOMPLETE DIALLEL CROSS ON DIFFERENT STEM JUICE COMPONENTS IN SWEET SORGHUM
【摘要】 将12个甜高粱品种(系)分成两个组,采用不完全双列杂交法(3×3)配成18个杂交组合,对 F1的含糖量(BX),磷酸值和乌头酸三个性状估算了遗传变异组成和遗传力等参数。试验表明,各性状的遗传变异组成中均以基因的加性效应占绝对优势。讨论了亲本选配和杂交后代的选择问题。由于甜高粱乌头酸的遗传力低,可以在较晚世代进行选择。反之,其它二个性状 BX 和磷酸值的遗传力较高,可以在较早世代开始选择。
【Abstract】 Twelve varieties(lines)of sweet sorghum were divided into twogroups from which 18 crosses were made by the method of incompletediallel crosses.The genetic variance components and heritability of BXand phosphatic value and aconitic acid in F1 were estimated.Experimentsshowed that the genetic variance of the characters was mainly controlledby additive gene effect.The selection of the parents and generations wasdiscussed in this paper.Owing to the low heritability of aconitic acid insorghum,it should be selected in the later generations,while that of BXand phosphatic value may be selected in the earlier generations due tothe higher heritability.
