【Abstract】 Eighty cases of diabetes mellitus with neuropathy were analysed from October, 1979 to July, 1981. The incidence of diabetic neuropathy was 81％ in this group, and most of the cases had peripheral neuropathy (79.1％). Parasthesia, spontaneous pain, impotence, dysfunction of vibration sensibility and tendon reflexes, and a reduced motor nerve conduction velosity in electromyogram were used as an index for early diagnosis (in over 50％ of the eases). The decreased blood supplies of the lower limbs on rhegraphy in 40％ of the cases were paralleled with the above mentioned index, which is valuable for early diagnosis. The clinical features, pathology, etiology of diabetic neuropathy are discussed.更多还原
