【摘要】 本文利用多层次权重分析决策方法,对山西煤炭基地2000年时发展规模进行了探讨。文中共分析了影响山西煤炭基地发展的投资、运输、水资源、自然条件、国家需要和前期准备等六个制约方面,以及有关的十二个子因素,对五个发展规模方案,共分四个层次,利用多层次权重分析决策方法,在DJS-130型计算机上进行了计算,得出了五个发展规模方案对于合理发展山西煤炭基地总目标的权重,从而得出了山西煤炭基地2000年时的合理发展规模.更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, one important aspect of the Shanxi coal base planning——the scale of coal production in the year 2000 is studied by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Dicision Method. Six constraints (investment, transportation, water resource, natural conditions, national demand and preparatory stage) and twelve subfactors are analysed, which are most influential to the development of Shanxi coal base. The five prospective scale projects are computed on a DJS-130 computer in four hierarchical levels, giving as output the relative weights of these projects, whereby the rational scale of production of the Shanxi coal base in the year 2000 is obtained.更多还原
