用直接差分法进行凝固过程数值解析的研究
A STUDY OF THE DIRECT FINITE DIFFERENCE METHOD USED FOR NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF SOLIDIFICATION
【摘要】 本文论述了直接差分法对于凝固过程数值计算的适用性.为了使这种方法应用于具有复杂形状和复杂边界条件的铸件系统,本文编制了剖分与数据自动形成的预处理程序及凝固数值计算的通用程序.并将用直接差分法进行数值计算的结果与数学解析解进行比较,说明其在保证收敛的条件下具有实用上所需的精度以及计算时间短、成本较低等优点.本文最后用直接差分法对带有冒口的纯铝圆柱形铸件进行了凝固解析,计算结果与实验值相比,误差在6%以下.因此可以认为,直接差分法是进行凝固数值计算很有前途的方法.本文在设计二维凝固解析程序的基础上,指出了开发三维凝固解析程序的必要性.
【Abstract】 This article discusses the suitability of using Direct Finite Difference Method for numerical simulation of solidification. In order to use this method for castings having complicated configulation and complex boundary conditions, the author has compiled a preprocessing program capable of dividing and automatic generating data and also a general program about numerical simulation of solidification. The results of this method are compared with those obtained by mathematical analysis. It is shown that if the convergent condition is maintained, the Direct Finite Difference Method has the advantages of possessing sufficient accuracy, shorter computional time and lower cost etc. This method is used to compute the solidification process of a cylindric aluminum casting with a riser. Comparing the results of this method with those from experiments shows that the difference was Within 6%. Therefore, the Direct Finite Difference Method is regarded as a promising method of numerical simulation of solidification. Based on the experience with twodimensional numerical simulation of solidification, the paper pointed out the necessity of developing a program of three-dimensional numerical simulation of solidification.
