【摘要】 本文报道了从大肠杆菌B/r中同时制备ATP∶RNA腺苷酰转移酶和PNPase的简便方法。菌体经压力破碎,聚乙二醇、葡聚糖分相抽提及磷酸纤维素柱层析得到ATP∶RNA腺苷酰转移酶。其滤液经DEAE纤维素柱层析和Sephadex G-200凝胶过滤得到PNPase。用Oligo dT纤维素和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对酶反应产物作了初步鉴定。更多还原

【Abstract】 A simple procedure for simultaneous purification of ATP:RNA adenyltransferase and PNPase from E. coli B/r has been developed. ATP:RNA adenyltransferase was prepared by disruption of bacterial cells in an X-press, model 25, phase partition with polyethylene glycol-dextran-NaCl and phosphocellulose chromatography. PNPase was purified from the filtered liquor of phosphocellulose by using DEAE-cellulose column and Sephadex G-200 column chromatography. The products of these two enzymes have been characterized.更多还原
