MnAlC永磁合金的中子衍射研究
NEUTRON DIFFRACTION STUDY OF HARD MAGNETIC ALLOY MnAlC
【摘要】 用中子衍射技术研究了Mn1.074Al0.871C0.055永磁合金的晶体结构和磁结构,Mn(1.074)Al0.871C0.055为四角体心结构,从中子衍射谱线的拟合结果可以看出:0.992Mn和0.008C占据(0,0,0)晶位;0.082Mn、0.87lAl和0.047C占据(1/2,1/2,1/2)晶位,在不同晶位上的Mn原子的磁矩沿c轴方向反平行排列,把这些结果与Mn1.09Al0.91二元合金的中子衍射结果相比较,可以解释Mn1.074Al0.871C0.055三元合金的磁性和机械性能都可获得明显提高的原因。
【Abstract】 The crystal structure and magnetic structure of hard magnetic alloy Mn(1.074) A1(0.871) C(0.055) have been investigated by neutron diffraction technique. Mn(1.074) Al(0.871) C(0.055) has body center tetragonal structure. The refinement of neutron diffraction data shows that 0.992 Mn and 0.008 C occupy (0,0,0) site and 0.082 Mn, 0.871 Al and 0.047 C occupy(1/2,1/2,1/2)site. The magnetic moments of manganese atoms in the different sites are alongc-axis pointing in opposite directions. In comparison of these results with that of binary alloy Mn(1.09) Al(0.91), the significant improvement of magnetic and mechanical properties in ternary alloy Mn(1.074) Al(0.871) C(0.055) can be explained.
