【摘要】 托勃莫来石是蒸压加气混凝土中的主要水化产物之一,它的含量严重地影响着加气混凝土的性能。本文重点研究了影响加气混凝土中托勃莫来石含量的因素。实验发现:原材料的细度、养护压力、杂质的种类及含量、C/S比、水/固比等对托勃莫来石含量都有着明显的影响。值得注意的是,在水泥—石灰—粉煤灰加气混凝土中掺入砂子,或在水泥—石灰—砂加气混凝土中掺入粉煤灰,皆可大幅度提高托勃莫来石的含量。仔细控制以上诸因素,可使制品中托勃莫来石达到所要求的含量,从而进一步改善加气混凝土的性能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tobermorite is one of main hydrates in the aeroconerete. It’s content seriously influence the performances of the products. In this investigation the factors which influenced the amount of tobermorite in the produets are studied. It was found that the fineness of the raw materials, curing pressure, the impurities, the c/s, w/s ratio etc, are the important factors.lt is noted that mixing some sand in the cement-lime-FA aeroconcrete or mixing some FA in the cement-lime-sand aeroconcrete, the amount o tobermorite could be increased. If carefully controlling the condition of the process and the blend, the amount of tobermorite of the products can reach the desired amounts.
