【Abstract】 Mouse red blood cells were used in the rosette-forming cells test for human B lym-phocytes.Sixty-five normal controls,6 cord blood and 51 patient blood samples wereexamined.The normal value of M-RFC% in the control group is 9.01±4.21,whilethose of brain disease(12 cases),gynaecologic disease(23 cases)and various other dis-eases groups are 11.92±4.46%(P<0.05),11.33±6.16% and 8.98±3.09% respectively.There is no correlation between the percentages of M-RFC and EA-RFC.The correlationcoefficient between EAC-RFC and M-RFC is 0.89(P<0.05).M-RFC test may be usedonly as a simple quantitative assay of B lymphocytes at a certain particular stage.更多还原
