【Abstract】 Two-dimensional echocardiographic features of ruptured aneurysm of right sinusof valsalva in three cases are described.In the long axis view,discontinuity of theecho from the interventricular septum and the anterior aortic wall were observed.The echo of the aneurysm wall of the sinus valsalva protruding into right ventricu-lar outflow tract anterior to the aortic root were visualized.The abnormal excursionof the right coronary cusp of the aortic valve appeared to be prolapsed into the rightventricular outflow tract during systole and returned to the aorta during diastole.There was diastolic flutter of the mitral valve.Two-dimensional echocardiographycan provide a hemodynamic visualization of the ruptured aneurysm of sinus valsalva.The manifestations of left ventricle and right ventricle overload were observed,suchas,the enlargement of the left ventricle,left atrium,right ventricle and right atrium.The heart was hyperkinetic.In case 1,these abnormal echographic features disap-peared after surgical correction.更多还原
