【Abstract】 In this paper we suggested a simple and effective method for separation and isolation of Dauricine from Menispermum dauricum DC, with a 0.43% yield. Besides, by using phase transfer catalysis, we obtained its derivative, o-methyl dauricine. Both of them were found to be effective in lowering hypertension.更多还原
