【Abstract】 Six cases of parosteal osteogenic sarcoma are reported, me location or prevalence is mostly in distal femur, except one which is in the neck of femur and the greater trochanter. The shortest course, from onset to admission, is one year, the longest is nine years. The main type of treatment is en bloc resection and amputation. In case 4 en blcc resection with massive bone homepgrafting was advocated. Five months after operation, amputation was compelled to be done owing to the relapse of the tumor. In case 1 in addition to excising the total mass, replacement of total femoral prosthesis and the artificial vessels grafting were necessary, and died of pulmonary metastasis six months later. Two other cases haven’t any phenomenon cf recurrence since excision en blcc had been recommended. Therefore, it is important to decide the type of treating method before operation.The purpose of this paper attempts to distinguish the malignant degree of parosteal osteogenie sarcoma clinically, roentgenologically, and pathologically, so as to work out the treating plan and conjecture the prognosis.更多还原
