几种有毒金属对大鼠肝微粒体混合功能氧化酶系的影响
Effects of Some Toxic Metals on Microsomal Oxidase-system of the Rat
【Abstract】 In this study the authors studied the acute effects of 5 toxic metals (cadmium, mercury, lead, chromium and arsenic) and a lead-zinc ore on the microsomal mixed function oxidase system of the male rat. The results showed that the liver microsomal mixed function oxidase activity was inhibited 72 hrs following a single dose of cadmium acetate (2.4mg/kg ip) and 24 hrs following a single dose of mercuric chloride (2.0mg/kg ip), lead acetate (100 mg/kg ip) or lead-zinc ore (1100 mg/kg ip), respectively. Single dose of sodium chromate (17mg/kg ip) or sodium arsenite (4.0mg /kg ip) did not exhibit any effect on the microsomal mixed function oxidase activity 24 hrs following the treatment. The results of in vitro experiments showed that cadmium, lead, mercury, and chromium could inhibit the activity of hepatic microsomal aniline hydroxylase and decrease the concentration of hepatic microsomal cytochrome p-450 directly. The mechanisms by which the activity of hepatic microsomal mixed function oxidase were depressed by cadmium, lead, and chromium were tentatively discussed.
