【摘要】 本文探讨了用含有正已磺酸钠(离子对试剂)的40%甲醇—水为流动相,以十八烷基键合相为固定相的色谱系统,分离分析山豆根生物硷及其注射剂。实验证明分离效果较好,能将仅差一个甲基的山豆根碱与去甲山豆根碱分离。并采用外标法,测定了在山豆根总碱注射液中山豆根碱的含量。实验说明用离子对反相高效液相色谱法可以做为生物硷注射剂的分析手段更多还原

【Abstract】 The quantitative analysis of alkaloids of Menispermum Da- huricum DC.and it’s injection by reversed-phase ion-pair liquid chromatography involved separation on a column of ODS With methanol-water(40:60)as the eluent that cotains 0.0025M sodium hexanesulfonate (counter ion).Adjusted the pH of the eluent to approx.3.Dauricine and Dauricinoline had deen separated by this chromatographic system.更多还原
