岩芯微钻头试验放大用于钻速预测

【摘要】 为了配合应用岩石可钻性预测钻速的研究工作,提出了利用经济简便的微型钻头试验方法。在地层岩芯上钻孔收集图板资料,确定地层可钻性,归纳成钻速方程,绘制成岩芯图板。 本文通过对国外文献资料的剖析,找到将岩芯图板放大的方法。该法是确定岩芯图板的交点,求出大小图板钻速钻压之间的比例关系,从而得到大图板的预测方程及图板。根据中原油田部分岩芯的可钻性及变钻压试验数据所表现的岩芯图板因岩石种类少而交点位置变动性大的现象,提出了岩芯图板交点选定的原则,为制作图板提供依据。最后推荐了中原油田钻速预测方程及图板,预计经过现场资料和试验修正后可供设计使用。

【Abstract】 A chart for prediction of rock drillability can be made by scaling-up a core chart established with micro-bit test data. Both charts are similar geometrically. The point of intersection of the straight lines in the core chart can be found by calculating the constants of these lines. The similar point on the scale-up chart is plotted according to geometric similarity. Microbit tests were carried out on core samples from Zhongyuan Oil Field and a scale-up chart was completed. Modification is needed on applying it to this oil field to predict drillability. The scale-up chart gives a correlation of drilling rate and drillability grade in the form of the following equation;V = 1.1825N(2.286W)a/2Kda = 0. 6510939 + 0.1689948KdWhere V--drilling rate, M/hr; N-rpm;a--constant, Kd--drillability grade.
