低频脉冲超声对小麦育种效应的初步研究
A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON THE BREEDING EFFECT OF WHEAT BY USE OF THE LOW FREQUENCY PULSE OF ULTRASOUND
【摘要】 本文采用低频脉冲超声对小麦进行种子处理,声脉冲周期为10毫秒,脉冲持续时间为1、2、3、5毫秒四种,该设备在连续波时的输出电功率为250瓦,正弦波的频率为20千赫,平均声强约为5瓦/cm2,通过对五个不同小麦品种进行育种效应研究.经过三年试验,从后代的表现型看来,变异效应比较明显,幼苗表型变异率增高,较多后代家系的数量性状的优势超过亲本.
【Abstract】 The seeds of wheat were treated by Low frequency pulse of ultrasound .The period of the pulse is 10 ms. , the pulse width is 1,2, 3, 5 ms. respectively, and the out put power of the equipment, which operated at 20KHz is 250 W in Continuous Sine waves. The average intensity of Ultrasound is about 5 w/cm2. Having Studied the breeding effect of five different varieties of wheat in three years. The effect of variations are very clear from the phenotype of progeny, and the variations rates of phenotype of seedling have increased. Some of the progeny genealogy′ s superiority of quantitative characters has exceeded the parent.
