蓖麻蚕休眠和非休眠蛹期中央神经分泌细胞的超微结构变化

【摘要】 在蓖麻蚕幼虫一蛹蜕皮前后(自蜕皮前1天至蜕皮后第7天),神经分泌细胞的活动周期可人为地分为3个时期:第1期一仅见少量的神经分泌颗粒分散在核周质中。第2期一神经分泌颗粒部分聚集成簇,往往分布在高尔基复合体附近。第3期—核周质中充满着大量的分泌颗粒。休眠型的A型神经分泌细胞始终处于第3期,B型神经分泌细胞则由第1期转向第2期。而在非休眠蛹中,A型神经分泌细胞却由第3期转向第1期,B型神经分泌细胞则由第2期向第1期转化,两者的神经分泌颗粒的数量均随着蛹龄的增长而逐渐减少。

【Abstract】 The cyclic changes of the neuro-secretory cells-A(NSC-A) and neuro-secretory cells-B(NSC-B) in the parsintercerebralis of Philosamia cynthia riciniduring the pupal stage (including artificial hibernating individuals and non-hibernating individuals) were compa-red,and the correlation between theamount of neurosecretory granules(NSG) and hibernation was discussedas well. Around the larval-pupal ecdysis(from the day before ecdysis to theseventh day after ecdysis),three stageswere divided according to the amountof NSG in the perikaryon.A fewNSG dispersed in the perikaryon in thefirst stage and some aggregates of NSGscattered around the Golgi complexbodies in the perikaryon in the secondstage and a large number of aggregatesof NSG in the perikaryon in the thirdstage. The NSC-A of hibernating pupaeseemed to be always in the accumulativestage (the third stage) around the larval-pupal ecdysis and the NSC-B turnedfrom the first stage into the second stage.However,in non-hibernating pupae,the third stage NSG-A turned into thefirst stage cells and the second stageNSC-B turned into the first stage cells.The amount of both NSG in perikaryonbecame decreased gradually with theincrease of pupal age. It is tentatively concluded thatadult development is determined bythe release of neurosecretory materialfrom NSG.
