【Abstract】 Five strains of endophytes (Frankia) were successfully isolated from root nodules of Alnus cremastogyne Burk., A. hirsuta Turcz., A. glutinosa(L.)Gaertn., A. japonica Sieb. et Zucc., A. nepalensis.Eight strains of endophytes (Frankia) were successfully isolated from root nodules of Elaeagnus oxycarpa., E.multiflora Thunb. ovata, E.gonyanthes, E.mollis., Hippophae rhamnoides., H.rhamnoides L.var. porcera.A strain of endophyte (Frankia) was isolated from root nodules of Myrica rubra Sieb.et Zucc..The scanning electron and light microscope micrographs of sporangia, spores, vesicles and hyphae etc. for all the strains described in this paper are attached to it.更多还原
