躯体感觉Ⅱ区皮层内微刺激对猕猴回避性操作式条件反射和针刺镇痛的影响

【摘要】 在七只清醒、可以活动的猕猴上观察了皮层内刺激 S_Ⅱ区对外周痛阈和针刺镇痛的影响,其结果如下:(1)在73次皮层内刺激的实验中有72次引起对侧相应皮肤感受野的痛阈变化,其中54次痛阈明显升高。痛阈升高的效应在停止刺激后常持续0.5—3min。较浅层的刺激,痛阈升高比较明显;不同刺激强度引起的痛阈升高的程度也不相同。(2)一般皮层内刺激 S_Ⅱ区也可导致同侧相应皮肤感受野痛阈升高,但不如对侧痛阈升高明显。(3)皮层内刺激 S_Ⅱ区时,非感受野痛阈几乎没有任何改变。(4)S_Ⅱ区皮层内刺激可增强针刺镇痛效应。

【Abstract】 The effects of intracortical microstimulation of the SII upon peripheral painthreshold and acupuncture analgesia were observed in 7 conscious unrestrainedrhesus monkeys(Macaca mutatta).Operant conditioning elicited by noxious stimu-lation was taken as an indicator of pain,Tungsten microelectrodes were usedboth for recording the single unit activity and intracortical stimulation.The re-suits obtained are as follows:(1)In 72 out of 73 sessions,the pain thresholdswere changed in contralateral corresponding receptive field of the skin duringintracortical stimulation,an obvious increment of thresholds was observed in 54sessions.These effects usually lasted for 0.5 to 3 min.after cessation of stimulation.The difference in the effect of elevating pain threshold was correlated with depthof the tip of intracortical electrode.The effects obtained by various intensities ofstimulation were also different when other conditions were constant.(2)Ingeneral the pain thresholds were also elevated in the ipsilateral correspondingreceptive field of the skin during intracortical stimulation,but less than the con-tralateral effects.(3)Pain thresholds in non-receptive field were not changed.(4)In 11 out of 12 sessions acupuncture analgesic effect was enhanced.
