水电站埋藏式压力钢管弹塑性设计原理和方法

【摘要】 本文指出了目前通用的水电站埋藏式压力钢管设计理论的不合理性,及由此引起的大容量埋管的种种工程困难,并提出了按弹塑性设计埋管的新原理和相应的设计方法。从以礼河三级电站埋管事故及其它工程实践和试验资料论证了这一改进的现实可行性。采用新方法可以获得相当大的技术经济效益。最后,对实际应用和进一步研究的方向,提出了建议。

【Abstract】 Concerning the design theory of the penstock-in-rock commonly used in hydroelectric stations, this paper points out its unreasonable factors which have caused difficulties in large-capacity conduits. The paper puts forward the new principles of the elastic-plastic design and its correspondent design procedures. The penstock accident in the Yili He No. Ⅲ Hydroelectric Station, as well as practice and test data in other projects, has proved that it is practical to realize the above-mentioned improvement. When this new method is adopted, remarkable technical and economic benefits can be obtained. In the end the paper suggests the practical application and further research program.
