国产阳离子可染性涤纶的染色性能研究
STUDIES ON THE DYEING PROPERTIES OF CATIONIC DYEABLE POLYESTER MADE IN OHINA
【摘要】 本文从热力学和动力学的角度对国产阳离子染料在CDP纤维上的染色特性进行了研究.确定了100℃和120℃染色时纤维对染料的吸附类型、饱和吸附值和吸附常数.求出了阳离子染料的半染时间,速度常数,扩散系数和活化能等动力学参数.论证了阳离子染料在CDP纤维上的染色速度主要取决于染料在纤维中的扩散速率这一依存性关系.探讨了温度对染色速率、上染百分率的影响.这些研究结果为选择合适的CDP纤维的染整加工工艺提供了一定的理论依据.
【Abstract】 The researches included in this paper dealing with the dyeing properties ofcationic dyestuffs made in China, on the fibre of the cationic dyeable polyester(CDP) have been conducted thermodynamically and dynamically. In the processof dyeing, the adsorption type, saturation adsorption value and adsorptionconstant of dyestuff fibre have been determined at 100°and 120℃.The dynamical parameters, such as the half-dyeing time, dyeing rate con-stant, diffusion coefficient and activated energy, etc. of cationic dyestuff havebeen obtained. It has been verified that the dependence of dyeing velocity ofcationic dyestuff on the fibre of CDP depends mainly on the diffusion rate ofdyestuff in the fibre. The influence of temperature on the dyeing rate and thepercent of dye-uptake has also been investigated and discussed. These investiga-ted results provide a certain theoretical base for selecting an appropriate processof the dyeing of CDP fibre.
