碳钢淬火加热系数α的研究

【摘要】 本文测试了碳钢加热时表面和心部变化的规律,从而证实了纲件加热时表面到温心部同时也到温的见解.测定了碳钢缩短加热时间以后试样的机械性能,如抗拉强度、屈服强度、弯曲强度、延伸率、挠度、冲击韧性等,并分析了显微镜组织.经实验室和生产性试验证明,碳钢工件淬火时间可以大大地缩短.

【Abstract】 In this paper the rules about the change of the surface to the core of a carbonsteel in heating have been measured, while the surface temperature of steel partsreaching its quenching, the temperature of the core will also reach the quenchingtemperature simultaneously.After shortening the heating time of carbon steel, the mechanical properties ofthe sample, such as ultimate strength, yield strength, bending strength, extensibi-lity, impact toughness and stiffness are measured as well as its micro-structure isanalyzed.The experimental results have shown that the heating time in quenching canbe greatly shortened.
