【摘要】 24小时尿雌三醇值是了解胎儿胎盘功能单位的较好指标之一。但收集24小时尿不完整率高达50％,可导致雌三醇值偏低,干扰临床诊断。为此,我们测定72例正常孕妇20～42周各孕周24小时尿标本498份的雌三醇（E₃）及肌酐（C）值,以了解两者的关系。结果表明:1.各孕周尿肌酐均值相对稳定,其正常范围为0.60～1.40g/24h。凡是尿量收集完整的标本肌酐值都大于0.60g/24h。2.经测定肌酐值校对的尿标本基础上,建立了本院实验室正常妊娠20～42周各孕周E₃值及E₃/C比值的均数曲线。两者呈高度相关（r=0.994）;对尿肌酐值偏离1愈多者,应用E₃/C比值后其变异度较E₃者可减少一半以上。可以认为E₃/C比值更能合理反映胎儿胎盘功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 A total of 498 urine specimens were collected from 72 normal pregnant women at 20th to 42nd weeks gestation; estriol and creatinine values were measured to determine the relationship between the two. The results revealed: 1. The normal range of urinary creatinine values was between 0.6-1.4 g/24 hr. If the 24-hr urine creatinine value was less than 0.6 g/24 hr, the urine samples might have been incompletely collected. 2. The curves of the normal mean values of urinary E₃ and E₃/C ratio from 20th to 42nd weeks of gestation were established. The two were closely correlated （r=0.994）, E₃/Cis a parameter irrespective of urine volume, therefore, the E₃/C ratio is a more reliable index of fetoplacental function than the estriol value alone.更多还原
