【Abstract】 This paper presents a method for the quantitation of free bile acids in bile by thinlayer chromatography. The solvent system for separation of free bile acids is isooctane: isopropyl ether:acetic acid:butanol:water (12:5:5:3:1 v/v). The separated spots of free bile acids form colour reaction with phosphomolybdate agent and quantitated by spectrophotometer. This method has been satisfactorily applied in analysing the composition of human bile.更多还原
