【摘要】 文报道经作者等改良的近藤式人工肛门塞在15例中的使用情况,结果表明它能有效地控制粪便的排放,减少排便次数。对狭小的人工肛门口兼有持续的扩张作用。佩带后无多大不适,不影响一般活动。使用比近藤式人工肛门塞更加方便。有腹泻时不能完全避免粪便外溢。人工肛门口有局部粘膜内缩或过松等缺陷者尚不能满意贴罩。更多还原

【Abstract】 Silicon rubber oolostomy stop cork of the modified Kinto’s type was prepared by us and applied to 15 cases since August 1979. The results showed that the consistency of the stool and the frequency of defecation were well controlled in all of them. In 6 cases with strictured colostomy opening, the "stop cork" exhibited a persistent dila-ting effect as well. In one cirrhotic patient with ascites, prolapse of the mucosa from the colostomy stoma was checked by means of the "stop cork". In another 6 oases, however, the overflow of fecal matter could not be blocked completely when they had loose stools. The "Stop cork" caused little discomfort as compared with colostomy bag or magnet colostomy cover, and did not interfere with the normal activities of the patient. Unsatisfactory results were due to local retraction of the mucosa or oversized colostomy opening in 3 cases, and these call for further improvement of the present device.更多还原
