药物微电泳对中央灰质内与感觉有关的神经元活动的影响

【摘要】 本实验用多管微电极离子微电泳方法观察到,家兔中央灰质(PAG)内同感觉有关的神经元对吗啡类药物和乙酰胆碱的反应比其同感觉无关的神经元为敏感。仅同伤害性刺激有关的神经元对吗啡类药物和5-羟色胺的反应比其仅同非伤害性刺激有关的神经元为敏感。同时,还观察到羟戊甲吗啡可以抑制伤害性刺激引起的诱发放电。提示PAG中的内阿片肽、5-羟色胺和乙酰胆碱可能参与感觉冲动的传递;PAG中伤害性冲动的传递可能受内阿片肽的控制。

【Abstract】 Effects of etorphine, morphine, serotonin, and acetylcholine on PAG neurones responsive to noxious and tactile input were observed in the rabbit with the use of multimicropipette technique and iontophoresis.The results showed that:1. Units responsive to sensory input were more sensitive to mioroiontophoresized opiates and acetylcholine than those not responsive to, as shown in the alteration of spontaneous activity (P<0.005, P<0.025 respectively, x2 test).2. Nociceptive units were more sensitive to mioroiontophoresized opiates and serotonin than tactile units (P<0.006, P=0.022 respectively).3. The neuronal discharge evoked bv noxious stimuli could be attenpatea by microiontophoresized etorphine, caudate stimulation and electroaoupuncture.The results suggest that endogenous opioid peptides, serotonin and acetyloholiae may be involved in the transmission of sensory input within PAG.
