干扰素的功能表达机制——Ⅵ.2’-5’三腺苷酸对烟草花叶病毒增殖的抑制作用
MECHANISM OF INTERFERON ACTION——Ⅵ.INHIBITORY EFFECT OF 2’,5’-OLIGO(A) ON PLANT VIRUS
【摘要】 2′-5′三腺苷酸是否能抑制植物病毒在植物组织中的繁殖,过去无人报告过。本文证实2′-5′三腺苷酸能抑制烟草花叶病毒对离体的枯斑三生烟(Nicotina tabacum cv.samsum NN)叶片的侵染和在离体的普通烟(Nicotina tabacum)叶片内的繁殖,说明在植物中也存在2′-5′寡腺苷酸的作用体系,为植物干扰素的作用机理研究提供了新的依据。
【Abstract】 Work dealing with the mechanism of interferon action in plants is scanty. No report on the inhibitory effect of 2’,5’-oligo(A)on any plant virus has been published.In this paper, it was shown that 2’,5’-oligo(A) inhibited the infection and multiplication of tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) in plant tissues. This suggests that the 2’, 5’oligo(A) system exists in plants and that 2’5’-oligo (A) may also play an important role in the functional expression of interferon.
