【摘要】 为了判明胰岛素在Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型糖尿病及过度肥胖者经葡萄糖刺激后的释放表现,于1979年建立胰岛素放射免疫测定系统。观察了32例正常人,19例过度肥胖病人及16例Ⅰ型和154例Ⅱ型未接受过胰岛素治疗的糖尿病病人的释放情况。结果发现Ⅰ型糖尿病除反应低弱外,部分仍可有明显分泌峰和呈持续上升分泌;Ⅱ型糖尿病除典型分泌峰延迟外,尚见到反应迟钝,甚至低弱。肥胖病人空腹值升高,释放显著增加,高峰后移。此外,对Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型糖尿病间相互转化和痊愈的可能性进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 The insulin RIA system was established by us in 1979 in an attempt to know the insulin release after the stimulation of the glucose in the diabetics and overt obesities. We observed the insulin release of 32 normal adults, 19 exceeding obesities and 170 diabetics (16 type Ⅰ and 154 type Ⅱ) who had not received insulin therapy. Results revealed that in type I diabetes, in addition to its weak reactions, some of the sufferers still showed obvious secreating peak or an extended increasing secretion. In type Ⅱ diabetes, besides the classical late appearance of the peak, the sluggish even weak reactions could yet be observed. While the obesities showed an increased quantity of insulin at fast, exceedingly increasing release and lately appearing peak. The conversion between the two types and the curability of the disease are also discussed.更多还原
