温度和水层对石花菜生长的影响
THE EFFECF OF TEMPERATURE AND WATER DEPTH ON THE GROWTH OF GELIDIUM AMANSII LAMX
【摘要】 作者采用石花菜的局部小枝,在海上短时期培养的方法,以重量为指标,清楚地看出温度与水层对石花菜生长的影响,获得以下结论: 1.石花菜生长最快的温度为22—26℃,它的最适温度为20—28℃。石花菜生长的适温以8℃为低限。限制石花菜生长的低温大约为0℃。 2.石花菜生长最适宜的水层为0.3米。随水深的增加,生长越来越慢。 3.根据实验的结果,我们建议:8℃以上作为石花菜的养殖期。即相当于青岛地区从5月到11月。夏季应该消除海洋动物附着的危害。筏养石花菜应利用0.3米以内的浅水层。 4.石花菜小枝的再生假根以20—28℃生长最好,这期间可作为石花菜的人工营养繁殖期。
【Abstract】 The materials used in this experiment were the apex cut 3--4 cm long from thebranches of fronds of Gelidium. They were cultivated under different temperaturesand water depths in the sea. The experiment were carried out from March 1979 toMarch 1980 in Tandao Bay (Qingdao), Weihai Harbour nd Lungkau Bay of Shang-dong in north China.The results are as follows:1. The optimum temperature of growth of the algae is st 20--28℃ Th favorablegrowth temperature ranges from 8℃ above. The low limit temperature for growth pro--bably is 0℃., While the high limit remains unknown.2. Although this algae is generally known for living under tidal zone. But it growsrapidly in water depth of 0.3 meter, in the experiment, and increasing the depth slo- wering the growth of the algae.3. After 5--10 days, some buds of rhizoid grew up at the end parts of the mainbranches at the temperature of 20--28℃. Hence, it is considered as the optimum tem-perature for the growth of rhizoids.
