137Cs、60Co在海洋生物体内的积累和分布
THE ACCUMULATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF 60Co AND 137Cs IN MARINE ORGANISMS
【摘要】 本文报导了137Cs、?0Co双核素示踪法研究它们在扁藻、轮虫、泥(虫廿)、对虾、罗非鱼等重要水产品体内的积累与分布。并以单核素示踪进行比较。结果表明:除对虾以外的其他生物体内?0Co 的积累大于137Cs;胃肠和肝脏是鱼类积聚?0Co、137Cs 的主要器官,而对虾的头胸部和附肢是积聚?0Co的主要部位,137Cs在对虾体内倾向于全身性分布。
【Abstract】 Phytoplankton (platymonas sp.), rotifer (Brachionus plicatilis Muller), clam(Arca granosa Linnus), shrimp (Penaeus penicillatus Alcock) and fish (Tilapia mos-sambica Poster) were respectively. cultured in sea water with 60Co (5×10-9 Ci/l) and137Cs (5×10-8Ci/l) The accumulative ability of radioactive substance in different organism and thedistribution of these radioactive substance in accumulated organism were studied, Ge(Li) gamma-ray detector and S-80 type multi-analyser were used for measuring ra-dioactivity of samples. It was found that in phytoplankton, rotifer, clam and fish the accumulativeability of 60Co is greater than that of 137Cs. The critical organism for accumulation of60Co is phytoplankton and clam, and that of 137Cs is phytoplankton and shrimp. In fishthe accumulative organs of 60Co and 137Cs are stomach, intestine and liver. In shrimpsaccumulative organs of 60Co are head and chest, and 137Cs distributes in the whole bodyof the shrimp. The different rasults on degree of accumulation of 60Co and 137Cs in every organ ofclam, which are obtained by two tracer methods, i.e. with single nuclide, 60Co or137Cs, and with both the nuclides, may be due to the variant experimental period inour studies.
