【Abstract】 The author makes an observation of the chain structure that reflects the1aws of the emergence and evolution displayed by highly complicated and va-riegated scientific and technical literature from the point of integrity, order-liness and dynamics. He believes that to carry out a further investigation ofthe various links and their connections in the scientific and technical litera-ture chain as well as the problem of equilibrium of various links will be ofhelp in gaining a deeper insight of the flow characteristics of scientific andtechnical information, thereby, also of help in doing the work of library andinformation better.更多还原
