【Abstract】 The root of Rye about lcm length received 15,000r of r-ray at a dose rate of 100r/min.The root cell was observed under electronmicr- oscpoe(JEM-100cx). The following results were obtained: 1.In the cytoplasm of the root tip cell vacuolization was very strong.The cause of vacuolization was the increased endoplasmic reticulum. 2.Deformation of mitochondria was very strong and some mitoch- ondria were damaged by ionizing radiation.更多还原
