空气—氩ICP光源光谱分析性能的研究——Ⅰ 检出限与分析条件的选择

【摘要】 <正> 基于两个目的,我们对空气—氩ICP(电感耦合等离子体)光源的光谱分析性能进行了研究。其一是空气—氩ICP与纯氩ICP相较可以大大节省光谱分析实验的费用;其二是通过对空气—氩ICP与纯氩ICP光源光谱性能的比校研究可以进一步探讨元素在ICP焰矩中的激发机制。有关空气—氩ICP做为发射光谱光源的报导目前还很少见。Barnes在一
【Abstract】 This paper reported an air-Ar I. C. P. excitation source of A. E. S. The comsuption of high pure Ar gas will be greatly gone down, on the other hand, these metals, which the 1-st ionization energy less than 7ev., can be analyzed in the wavelength range of 320nm to 6 oonm. Table 3 lists the detection limits of many metals. The standard deviation of the background can be approximated by 0.01I_b and the detection limits can be estimated from D·L≈3(0.01ib)C/I_n=0.03C/I_n/I-b· where In is the net analyte intensity. Those values are satisfactory.
