【摘要】 我们对山东和上海两室内品系LDH同工酶各做了500只按蚊,MDH同工酶方面各做了532及512只按蚊,结果表明这两品系的LDH仅显一条带,Rf均为0.35。MDH同工酶二品系各显四条带,1、2、3带出现的频率无显著性差异,仅第4带(非主带)有差异。初步认为这两个室内品系的二种同工酶是相同的。更多还原

【Abstract】 A comparative study was conducted on theisozyme-pattern of LDH and MDH betweenShanghsai and Shandong indoor colonies ofAnopheles sinensis. 500 females of each colonywere examined for LDH, while 532 and 512females of each for MDH. Experiments showedthat both colonies presented 1 LDH band only,each with a Rf of 0. 32, MDH demonstrated 4bands in both colonies. The first three bandsshowed no significant difference, but the fourthband has some difference in both colonies. Weconclude that these two colonies of A. seninsisare essentially the same in their LDH and MDH.更多还原
