【Abstract】 The interferons(IFNs)-producing ability oftonsillar cells and that of peripheral blood leucocy-tes(PBLs)were compared under the same con-ditions with 7 kinds of inducers(NDV,Staphy.CowI,C.Parum,ConA,SEA,PHA,PWM).Both cells were almost equally potent in produc-ing IFNa with NDV and Staphy.CowI as wellas IFNSr with PHA, PWM and ConA.As tothe IFNs-producing ability with SEA and C.Parum,tonsillar cells are significantly weakerthan PBLs.This difference was discussed withspecial reference to the distribution of lymphocyte-subsets in tonsils and blood.更多还原
