【摘要】 本文采用液状石蜡为膜溶剂,羊毛脂为表面活性剂,聚胺为膜强化剂,0.2N NaOH为包入试剂,磷酸三丁酯为药物运输载体,制备成稳定的乳状液型液膜,并在模拟生理条件下试验了它对巴比妥的吸收作用.试验结果说明,在一定的药物浓度范围内,这种液膜可以在两分钟内吸收药物90%左右。结果是令人满意的。并可能具有一定的临床价值.更多还原

【Abstract】 Liquid paraffin used as solvent, lanolin as surfactant, polyamine as strenghtening agent, 0.2N sodium hydroxide as trapping agent, and tributyl phosphate(TBP)as drug transporting carrier, a stable liquid membrane of emulsion type has been prepared, and its property of sbsorbing barbitals has been tested,too.The results show that this liquid membrane can absorb about 90 per cent of the drug in two minutes or so.The effect is satisfying.
