【Abstract】 Solutions of bovine serum abumen (BSA)were ultrafiltrated under different concentrations and different pH values.The effective factors in ultrafiltration,such as stirring state and the membrane used with prepressing etc.were tested and the anomalous behavior in ultrafiltration at isoelectric point was observed and discussed.Consequently,a satisfactory operating condition to separate the proteins with different magnitude was provided.更多还原
