高电绝缘松香的研制与应用
PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF ELECTRICAL INSULATING ROSIN
【摘要】 本文阐述了我国各主要产区松香的电绝缘性能(体积电阻系数ρV110℃值和介质损失角tgδ120℃值),并介绍了以提高现有松香产品的电绝缘性能为目标而进行的一系列试验研究。用真空蒸馏的方法对松香进行“精制”,产品的体积电阻系数值提高了一个数量级,介质损失角降为原有值的1/5~1/8,从而得到了高电绝缘松香。用此产品配制的不滴流浸渍纸绝缘电力电缆浸渍剂已达到国际上同类产品的进先水平。根据实际应用的结果,提出了制定本产品标准的物理、化学指标。
【Abstract】 The electrical insulating properties (coefficient of volume insulation resistance pv 110℃, the dielectric loss angle tg δ 120℃) of rosins from the main production regions in China are described, and a series of experiments aiming at improving these properties are reported.After refined by vacuum distillation, a product of rosin with high electrical insulating properties was obtained.An impregnating agent prepared with this product for the non-dripping impregnated paper insulated electric cable possesses qualities as good as the similar high level products abroad. Based on the results of practical use, the physical and chemical specifications of the product have been proposed.
