用人工饲料饲养赤眼蜂中间寄主蓖麻蚕

【摘要】 1978—81年筛选出材料易得,成本低的3个蓖麻蚕人工饲料配方。不同蓖麻蚕品种对同一配方有不同的适应性,广乙、广四、684等6个品种适于人工饲料饲养。干饲料用麻袋包装后套上尼龙袋密封常温下可保存9个月。改进了人工饲料的配制和给食方法,简化了设备和降低了养蚕成本,并研制出一套人工饲料大量饲养蓖麻蚕的工具。两年多来共饲养25批15万头蓖麻蚕,成活率均达70.00—97.70%。茧层率,羽化率和平均每雌产卵量不低于鲜叶饲养组。 用人工饲料饲养的蚕卵繁殖赤眼蜂质量良好,田间释放防治甘蔗螟,卵寄生率达65.65—94.18%,枯心苗率仅达 1.47—1.72%,被害节率 2.11—3.28%,和鲜叶养的蚕卵放蜂区接近,效果明显。

【Abstract】 Three artifical diets were used for rearing the Eri-silkworn Philosamia cynthia ricini during our experiments from 1978 to 1981. They were made of raw materials of agricultural products of low costs. The success of rearing was related to the strains of the Eri-silkworm. Six strains were found to be suitable to be reared on the artificial diets. The dried leaves of cassava, the basic material of the artificial diets, should be dried and preserved in a proper way and could be stored at room temperature for nine months. A method has been designed for rearing Eri-silkworm and 25 generations and more than 150,000 Eri-silkworms were reared during the two and half years. The percentages of larvae survived to pupal stage reached to 70.1-97.7% and the general performance of the Eri-silkworms so reared up was quite similar to that feeding on fresh cassava leaves. The trichogrammatid wasps emerged from the eggs of the Eri-silkworms so reared could meet the needs in the biological control of lepidopterous pests in the sugarcane fields, as shown in our experiments of releasing these trichogrammatid wasps over two years.
